Our Story
Years of Expertise Serving the Pacific Northwest
A family owned and operated company built on craftsmanship, honesty, and lasting relationships — serving Portland, Oregon and the greater Pacific Northwest. From the first phone call to the finishing of your project, we take care of our clients' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Who We Are
Family Owned. Craft Rooted in Tradition.
Dream Plastering LLC is a family owned and operated company built on craftsmanship, honesty, and lasting relationships. Our founder, Viktor, entered the trade as a teenager because he enjoyed working with his hands. Trained in the Eastern European tradition — where plaster is treated as a fine craft — he has spent decades in the plaster, EIFS, and stucco industry, bringing deep expertise and an honest approach to every project.
Viktor believes our work should reflect the values we live by: do what you say you'll do, be straightforward with people, respect their property, and take pride in doing the job right. Those values shape how we work with every client, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Our experience spans 1900s Portland Craftsman homes, modern estates, commercial buildings, wineries, and even one-of-a-kind treehouses. Each project has strengthened our understanding of how plaster, stucco, and EIFS perform in the Pacific Northwest climate. As certified Sto and Dryvit applicators, we bring specialized training to the systems we install and repair.
We treat your home or investment property with the same care we would give our own. We listen to your goals, explain your options clearly, and work with your budget and timeline to find the right approach. You can expect responsive communication, dependable support, and careful workmanship throughout the project.
We're proud of the lasting relationships we've built with clients across Oregon and Washington. Whether you need a repair, a full restoration, or a new finish, we'd welcome the opportunity to earn your trust.
Our Principles
How We Work
Craftsmanship First
Every project receives the same level of care — whether it's a hairline crack or a complete exterior restoration. We don't cut corners.
Moisture Intelligence
Portland's climate demands more than surface repairs. We understand wall assemblies, drainage planes, and long-term moisture management.
Honest Assessment
We tell you what you need — not what's most profitable for us. Our inspections and estimates are straightforward and accurate.
System-Level Thinking
Stucco and EIFS are systems, not just surfaces. We repair the cause, not just the symptom, so problems don't come back.
Licensing & Certification
Licensed, Bonded, Certified & Insured
Dream Plastering is fully licensed in Oregon (CCB #213351) and Washington (#DREAMPL783MG), bonded, and fully insured — so you're protected from the first day on the job to the last. We hold EPA Lead-Safe certification for work on pre-1978 homes, and manufacturer certifications from Sto and Dryvit, two of the leading EIFS and stucco system manufacturers in North America. These credentials aren't just paperwork — they represent the training, accountability, and professional standards we hold ourselves to on every project.
